Acceptable Use Policy
Effective date: September 29, 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy is part of our Terms of Service. It applies to everything you submit to VIVID (prompts, images and other Inputs) and to everything you generate with it and how you use it (Outputs). If you are unsure whether a use is allowed, ask us first at billykinggym@126.com.
1. Absolutely prohibited — zero tolerance
The following results in immediate, permanent account termination without refund, and may be reported to law enforcement and NCMEC:
- Any sexual or sexualized content involving minors, or content that appears to depict a minor in a sexual context, whether real, fictional or AI-generated.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery: nude, sexual or intimate images or videos of a real, identifiable person without their consent, including AI-generated "deepfakes" and "undressing" edits.
- Content that promotes, glorifies or facilitates terrorism, violent extremism, or mass violence.
2. Prohibited content categories
You may not use VIVID to generate, upload or edit content in any of these six categories. Our moderation blocks them, and attempts to produce them are enforced as described in Section 9.
- Pornography / NSFW: sexually explicit material, nudity with exposed genitals or sexual acts, and sexualized content of any kind.
- Violence / gore: graphic violence, blood and gore, mutilation, torture, or content that glorifies or encourages violence, self-harm or suicide.
- Hate speech: content that attacks, demeans or dehumanizes people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or other protected characteristics, including hate symbols.
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and child-unsafe content: any sexual or sexualized depiction of minors, or of characters who appear to be minors, whether real, fictional or AI-generated (see Section 1).
- Deepfakes / impersonation: realistic depictions of real, identifiable people without their consent, impersonation of public figures or private individuals, and fabricated events presented as real (see Section 3).
- Copyright / trademark infringement: copies of copyrighted characters, artworks, footage or other protected works, and unauthorized use of others' brands, logos or trade dress (see Sections 4 and 5).
3. Real people and likeness
- Do not upload images of, or generate content depicting, a real, identifiable person unless you have that person's express consent for this specific use (and a parent's or guardian's consent for anyone under 18).
- Do not impersonate any real person — including celebrities, influencers, politicians, or private individuals — or make it appear that they said, did, or endorsed something they did not.
- Do not create content that harasses, bullies, defames, sexualizes, or humiliates a real person.
- Do not generate deceptive content about elections, candidates, or voting procedures, or realistic depictions of public figures in fabricated events.
4. Advertising and commercial use
- Do not present AI-generated actors as real customers or users, or publish Outputs as genuine consumer reviews or testimonials.
- Do not fail to disclose AI-generated content where the law or the publishing platform requires it (see AI Content Disclosure).
- Do not make false, misleading or unsubstantiated product claims, including "before/after" results, health or medical claims, or earnings claims.
- Do not advertise products or services that are illegal where they are marketed, or that are restricted (tobacco, vaping, weapons, gambling, prescription drugs, adult services, cryptocurrency schemes, etc.) without complying with all applicable rules.
- Do not use another company's trademarks, logos or trade dress in a way that suggests sponsorship or affiliation, or to create counterfeit ads.
5. Intellectual property
- Do not upload material you do not have the right to use, or intentionally generate copies of copyrighted characters, artworks, footage or other protected works.
- Do not use the Service to remove watermarks or rights-management information from others' works.
6. Other harmful or illegal content
- Content that is hateful, or that promotes discrimination or violence against people based on protected characteristics.
- Graphic violence, gore, or content encouraging self-harm or suicide.
- Pornographic or sexually explicit content of any kind.
- Fraud, scams, phishing, fake documents or identification, or content designed to deceive people into believing it is real evidence.
- Content that violates any applicable law or regulation, or the rights of others.
7. Platform integrity
- Do not attempt to bypass our safety filters, moderation, rate limits or credit system, including through prompt engineering designed to evade moderation.
- Do not remove or alter the AI-provenance metadata embedded in Outputs to conceal that they are AI-generated.
- Do not scrape, overload, probe, or attack the Service, share accounts, or create multiple accounts to abuse free credits.
8. How we moderate content
- Before generation: every prompt is checked against a prohibited-terms list that we maintain and update, then screened by our payment provider's automated content-safety service (or, where that service isn't available, by our own AI classifier). Prompts that fail are not generated and are not charged.
- Before display: every generated image and video is reviewed by an automated image classifier before it is stored or shown. Results that violate this policy are discarded and the credits for them are refunded.
- Reports and human review: reports submitted through our Report Content page or to billykinggym@126.com are reviewed by a person. Reports of child-safety issues or non-consensual intimate imagery are prioritized and acted on within 48 hours.
- Records: we keep records of automated moderation decisions and of human review outcomes, so that we can investigate abuse, handle appeals and answer requests from our payment providers and authorities.
9. Enforcement
Depending on the severity and whether it is repeated, we may take one or more of these actions, at our discretion and without prior notice:
- block the request and remove the content;
- issue a warning;
- forfeit the credits used for, or obtained through, the violation, and withhold remaining credits where the law allows;
- temporarily suspend or permanently terminate the account (immediately and permanently for the zero-tolerance violations in Section 1);
- report the content and account to law enforcement and, for child sexual abuse material, to NCMEC.
10. Reporting and appeals
Anyone can report content that breaks this policy through the Report Content page or by email to billykinggym@126.com. If you believe a generation was blocked or your account was restricted by mistake, email us from your account address with the date and, if you have it, the prompt. A person will review the decision and reply within 5 business days; if we were wrong, we restore access and refund any credits affected.
